April provides marketing support from start to finish with each and every Westchester Auction. April works in conjunction with the Auction Manager to develop and implement the marketing plan for each Westchester Auction. Over the years, April has been critical to the development of Westchester Auctions' dynamic marketing campaign. Her attention to detail and exceptional people skills have aided in both the success of Westchester's marketing plans, as well as the end result on auction day.

April has been vital as a marketing coordinator in the transactions of the following auctions:
- Clinton & Buchanan Counties, Missouri farmland - August 2008 - sold for $3.88M
- Jasper County, Missouri pasture & hunting land - May 2008 - sold for $772,000
- Stark County, Illinois farmland - April 2008 - sold for $1.45M
- Hardy, Texas CRP land - March 2008 - sold for $2.069M
- Brown County, Nebraska CRP Land - March 2008 - sold for $743,000
