Carolyn handles all the behind-the-scenes support and real estate coordination that make a Westchester auction run smoothly.  She came to Westchester after nearly 20 years of practicing real estate and managing real estate properties.  Her in-depth experience and team player attitude have been key to the overall success of our clients.  Carolyn attends all Westchester auctions managing the contract signing portion of the auction; then works with buyers, sellers, attorneys and title companies to insure a smooth and timely closing.

- Jasper County, Missouri pasture & hunting land - May 2008 - sold for $772,000

- Brown County, Nebraska CRP land - March 2008 - sold for $743,000
