Eric has also successfully stepped into the auction side of Westchester's business as he coordinates auctions and interacts directly with the sellers to market their property with results.

      This auction offered 272 acres of tillable farmland as well as wooded and small     
      recreational building sites. Eric's efforts coupled with the high demand of building
      sites helped to add value and draw the attention of many investors, recreational
      buyers, and home site buyers. The land sold for a total of $771,000

- DeWitt County, Illinois - February 2008
      Eric helped to strategically offer this property in tracts in a way that would be attractive
      and beneficial for the bidder as well as adding value for the sller. This property,
      which was comprised of 379 acres of farm and recreational land sold for a total of
      $1.45M.
