Joe contributes to the overall success of Westchester Group's Auction and Farm Management business in multiple ways. Joe has managed real estate transactions in multiple states across the U.S. including Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, Maine, and Florida. His main geographical focus has become the Midwestern region; however, his experience as a farm manager has given him valuable insight into the agricultural network nationwide. Joe's day to day tasks include oversight of the entire Westchester Farm Management Department as well as identifying and acquiring farmland for our institutional clients.

Recent Accomplishments

- Joe has negotiated the acquisiton of over $40 Million of farmland for our institutional clients in the past twelve months.
