• One for the history books, a sale of 97 lots on the Peshtigo River in Wisconsin received numerous accolades including Auction of the Year.  One of the most exciting auction days in Westchester history, the entire property sold for over $13 Million.
• A picture perfect property, 324 acres with 5,540 feet of Squa Pan Lake frontage.  This property was divided into 5 beautiful building sites, presenting an excellent investment opportunity. On auction day, this property sold for a total price of $671,000.
