Scott consistently meets the rising demands of sellers and has received a number of acknowledgements in the process. Among these are several auction awards including two NAA Auction of the Year awards, one of which he is currently the only repeat winner. He has also won a host of other auction advertising and marketing awards including the coveted Roase Award presented for the CAI Best Auction summary.

Recent Auctions

- Marinette County, Wisconsin - 172 Acres
     Scott's efforts on this 97 tract prestigious lot helped make this auction one for the
      history books. This sale, located in Wisconsin right on the Peshtigo River, took the
      efforts of many Westchester team members like Scott to implement an intense
      marketing campaign. The lots sold for a total of $13.3 Million.

- Kit Carson, Kiowa, & Prowers Counties (Colorado), and Hamilton County (Kansas)
     Twelve tracts were divided ranging from 160 to 640 acres each and drew the attention
      of farmland bidders as well as investors.
